They worked together for more than 6 years, In the field of Human rights, education/ literacy conducted extensive research by studying Research Papers/ Articles written by more than 200 national and international research scholars, meeting NGOs who are working in Human rights area, education & literacy, and formulated a more understandable research papers/ books, with Mechanisms to improve human rights, and further research in meghalaya state poems, literature and biodiversity.
Conducted Research and Published Research work/ books in Human Rights including, Women rights, Civil rights, Violence against Women and women in society, and poems, bio diversity, literature and culture of Meghalaya.
